Welcome to Bolddog Health & Fitness Studio.

We have our own fully furnished state of the art Health and Fitness Studio in Metfield, Harleston, Norfolk.

At Bolddog Health and Fitness we have roots, something real to offer, - we have real "life experience", with first hand knowledge of fitness - we have got fit, got fat, got thin, got hurt, we can relate to it first hand!!


Bolddog Health & Fitness Studio is run by athletes and is OPEN TO EVERYONE!  Our fitness trainers come from a professional background in a number of sport, including extreme sports, motocross racing, freestyle motocross, martial arts, boxing and the stunt industry.

We have roots and have "real" tried and tested experience in the health and fitness world.

What we offer:

Normal open gym sessions - By appointment only.

Group sessions - Hire the Studio exclusively for you and your friends.  You can even hire our studio inclusive of all fitness equipment, steam room and hot tub.

Personal Training / One to one is available by appointment only at our personal training studio in Metfield, Harleston, Norfolk.


Healthy living, weight management and nutrition advice - Discover the link between what you eat and your health. We will give you guidelines for energy intake and nutrient balance. Discover the principles of effective weight management and how to avoid the pitfalls of fad diets.  Eat for performance and discover the benefits of a healthy balanced diet and how to lose weight safely and effectively through changing the way you eat.

Train for Physical fitness & Health Related fitness

Core Training - Discover a range of core stability training methods.


Planned programs - in relation to a clients specific goals, likes and dislikes and health related issues.


Health Screening - providing the foundation to a programme.


Flexibility Programmes - from maintenance stretch exercise to developmental exercises.

Circuit Training - A bespoke circuit designed around the type of training that you enjoy.


Sports Specific Training - Train for your specific sport.  Increase speed, agility and quickness and improve explosive power. Learn how to programme for specific sports like distance running, football, martial arts and boxing.
