What is White Collar Boxing?
“You can train to simply keep fit with no physical contact, or take you training a step further for some light sparring or even competition. Everyone welcome - Safe, professional and controlled fun.”
Our sessions cover fitness and all aspects of boxing training, with no physical contact necessary - All equipment is provided. Our club is boxing for beginners up.
If you choose to take your training a step further, you can even have a light spar in the ring, we provide you with the larger padded regulation boxing gloves and regulation boxing head guards.
White Collar Boxing has become very popular in London as both a fun fitness activity for individuals and also by companies using it as part of a team building or motivational courses.

Inspires Confidence, Builds Team Spirit and Enhances Personal Development - In addition to our regular classes, we can offer your company a full morning, afternoon or evening of motivational, team building boxing training.
The sessions can be at our boxing gym in Norwich or at your company with our mobile boxing ring, bags and equipment. These sessions are bespoke to your needs and will be arranged with you prior to the session.
All corporate sessions cover fitness, boxing techniques and some ring craft.
Take it a step further - Competitions & Dinner Shows
Under no pressure, you can even take your boxing training a step further and fight on one of our corporate dinner show competions in Norfolk.
Challenge a Rival Employee or Company
Bolddog provide the opportunity for you to challenge a rival employee or company - You can be put on an intense 12 week training programme and then fight on one of our corporate dinner show competitions.
Boxing Gym Facilities
5,000 sq ft professional boxing gym wirth a regulation boxing ring, many types of punch bags and large changing rooms. All safety equipment is provided.

The Exclusive Corporate Lounge
This is an area where you can all get together at any time during your session at Bolddog. Furnished to a high standard and has a plasma screen, pool table and refreshments available. We can even video highlights of your training session which can be watched after the session on the plasma screen.

In addition to our boxing gym in Norwich, we also have our own health and fitness studio in Metfield, Harleston, Norfolk. Our studio is equipped with all the latest fitness equipment. The facilities also include a steam room and hot tub. We offer general fitness sessions, group sessions, personal training and general healthy living advice.
 
About us
Bolddog White Collar Boxing Club was set up in 2007 by Andy Godbold and Martin Lamb. Andy is a current white collar boxer, fitness instructor and also a professional film and TV stuntman, doubling for the likes of Angelina Jolie and Daniel Craig. Martin also still boxes, and has had over 90 fights as a boxer and kickboxer, he is also a former undefeated British Champion.
Bolddog White Collar Boxing Club is fully licensed and Insured.
Bolddog White Collar Boxing Club use the same boxing gym facilities as Graham Everett and his stable of professional boxers including Jon Thaxton, Sam Sexton and the Walsh Brothers.

NEWS - Bolddog White Collar Boxing Club have teamed up with our friend Richard Vince from the Black Belt Martial Arts Accademy. Richard and his Black Belt Accademy are providing a summer school for children of busy working parents, who would like to have their kids involved in a fun, safe activity for the summer holidays.
